Apply for Grants
CCF invests in communities committed to developing and sustaining effective child abuse prevention through our multi-year grant program. Programs are selected based on prevention research, standards of best practice, their ability to demonstrate program outcomes, and their capacity to leverage resources within their community.
Because of the rigor of the grant application process and the high standards of our evaluation requirements, receiving Council for Children & Families funding is regarded as a gold standard for prevention programs in Washington. Being selected for CCF investment opens doors to private dollars for our grantees.
In addition to funding, CCF provides a knowledge base of technical assistance to work in partnership with programs to help them achieve improvements on specific indicators linked to child safety and well being. We believe this level of investment is the best means to assure that community-based prevention programs remain sustainable once our funding cycle has ended.
